An AI conversation is an active customer session in which CloseNexa sends at least one AI reply. Multiple messages and AI replies in the same active session still count as one conversation.
What happens after I use all 50 free AI conversations?
AI replies pause, but Website Chat, Telegram, CRM, conversation history and manual replies remain available. Upgrade when you want AI to continue replying.
Do paid AI conversation limits reset?
Yes. Basic, Growth and Pro receive a new AI conversation allowance at the beginning of each billing period.
Does manual chat stop at the limit?
No. Manual replies and conversation history remain available when the AI limit is reached.
