Can I use CloseNexa without WooCommerce?
Yes. Website Chat can be added to almost any website through an embed code or API. WooCommerce adds deeper product, cart and order context, but it is not required.
Is WhatsApp required?
No. You can start with Website Chat or Telegram. WhatsApp can be connected later when your WhatsApp Business setup is ready.
What counts as an AI conversation?
An AI conversation is an active customer session in which CloseNexa sends at least one AI reply. Multiple messages and AI replies in the same session still count as one conversation.
What happens after the 50 free conversations?
AI replies pause, while Website Chat, Telegram, CRM, conversation history and manual replies remain available. Upgrade when you want AI to continue replying.
Do paid limits reset?
Yes. Basic, Growth and Pro receive a new AI conversation allowance at the beginning of each billing period.
Does manual chat remain available?
Yes. Manual replies and conversation history remain available after the AI conversation limit is reached.
Can one AI assistant work across multiple channels?
Yes. Website Chat, WhatsApp and Telegram can use the same assistant, approved knowledge and workspace settings.
