WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp requires a supported plan, your WhatsApp Business account, an eligible phone number and Meta permissions. Complete the existing connection flow and check its status before launch. It is not included in the first website pilot.
Review knowledge and access
Review the text, confirm its current version and explicitly allow the selected connection to use it. A shared assistant does not share access to knowledge.
Test AI
Plan allowances do not prove that a feature is operational. Launch also requires supported delivery, current knowledge permissions, a successful test and current launch checks.
Registration, connection, testing and plugin updates do not start the trial. Reconnecting or changing the model does not reset time or conversation usage.
