1. Subscription renewal
Paid plans renew automatically monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout. The exact amount, currency and renewal period are shown before payment. You authorize recurring charges to the tokenized payment method until cancellation.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel from the billing area or by contacting us. Unless law or a specific offer says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Deleting an integration does not cancel the subscription.
Trials must be cancelled before the displayed trial end to avoid a charge. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
3. Refund eligibility
- Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges confirmed after investigation are refunded.
- If a material service failure caused by CloseNexa prevents use and we cannot restore it reasonably, we may issue a proportional or full refund.
- A first-purchase request submitted within 14 calendar days may be reviewed when use was minimal. This does not create a waiver of mandatory cancellation rights or a promise of refund after substantial use.
- Renewal charges, unused time, exchange-rate differences, issuer fees and partial periods are normally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. How to request
Contact support@closenexa.com from the account email and include workspace name, transaction date, amount and transaction or invoice ID. Never send a card number or CVV.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing commonly takes 5–10 business days after approval and may take longer outside Israel.
5. Mandatory local rights
CloseNexa serves business users internationally, including Israel, the EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Mandatory rights under the law that applies to you are not limited by this policy.
Where consumer cancellation rights apply despite the business nature of the service, those rights prevail. Nothing here limits chargeback or statutory remedies, although we ask you to contact us first so we can investigate quickly.
